Job summary

Dynatrace LLC is seeking a Solutions Engineer for the New England region. You will be a key member of the sales engine, delivering compelling demos, leading PoCs on-site and remotely, and translating technical value into business value for customers.

You will collaborate with product teams, experts, and partners to identify opportunities and ensure successful customer outcomes. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience within the observability space.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple POCs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Dynatrace product offerings at events and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with sales to identify new and incremental opportunities.
• Lead PoC creation and cloud-architecture discussions to support sales opportunities.
• Present demonstrations and align technical value with business value.
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams as a trusted technical adviser.
