Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge technology and client challenges, partnering with account executives across research, development, and commercial cycles. You will lead discovery, solutioning, demonstrations, and proposals, understanding how Norstella data operates within a client environment.

You will oversee both productized demonstrations and bespoke co-development programmes, growing from advisory scoping to hands-on build, delivering running solutions aligned with client

Qualifications

• Pharma domain knowledge including clinical trials, pipeline and asset intelligence, epidemiology or forecasting.
• 3–5 years in a solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting role for SaaS/data products.
• Outstanding communication with both technical and executive audiences.
• Strong discovery instincts to uncover true client needs.
• Comfort with ambiguity in evolving product and market environments.
• Experience delivering work inside client environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sale technical partnership: understand client challenges and map to Norstella capabilities.
• Design and deliver demonstrations tailored to actual use cases.
• Scope proofs of concept and defined success criteria.
• Deliver bespoke engagements inside client environments through trial and hypercare.
• Shape statements of work with commercial teams detailing scope and risks.
• Collaborate with client engineering, IT, and vendor teams as the technical face of Norstella.
