Job summary

Norstella, a premier global life sciences data and AI solutions provider, seeks a Solutions Engineer for a remote US role. You will bridge technology with client challenges, partnering with account executives to lead discovery, solutioning, demonstrations and proposals.

You will move from compelling demos to running solutions inside a client environment, shaping PoCs and SOWs with commercial teams, and building reusable IP for future engagements.

Qualifications

• Pharma and life sciences domain knowledge including trials, forecasting, and market access.
• 3–5 years in solutions engineering or technical consulting for data/SaaS products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Ability to operate within client environments and partner with sales.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sale technical partnership with sales to map client challenges to Norstella capabilities.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations for actual use cases.
• Scope proofs of concept and define success criteria.
• Deliver bespoke engagements inside client environments and turn demos into running solutions.
• Create reusable IP and enablement material for future engagements.
• Provide feedback to product on recurring client requirements and market needs.
