Job summary
Norstella is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge technology and business challenges for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. You will partner with account executives across research, development and commercial cycles, leading discovery, solutioning and demonstrations, and translating client needs into working demonstrations within their environments.
The role spans delivering productised capabilities and bespoke co-development programs with strategic clients, progressing from compelling
Qualifications
- Pharma and life sciences domain knowledge including trials, pipeline and asset intelligence
- 3–5 years in solutions engineering or technical consulting for data/SaaS products
- Excellent verbal and written communication across technical and commercial audiences
- Strong discovery skills to uncover client needs and tailor demonstrations
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving environments
Responsibilities
- Pre-sale technical partnership with sales, shaping demonstrations to client use cases
- Scope proofs of concept and drive bespoke engagements in client environments
- Create statements of work with deliverables, risks, and dependencies
- Collaborate with client IT and engineering teams as the technical face of Norstella
- Develop reusable IP from client work to accelerate future engagements
