The Solutions Engineer will partner with account executives across research, development and commercial cycles to discover, solution, demonstrate and propose offerings by understanding not just our data, but how it works inside a client's environment.

Qualifications

• Domain knowledge of pharma and life sciences, including clinical trials and forecasting.
• 3–5 years in a solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting role for data or SaaS.
• Outstanding communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Strong discovery instincts to uncover client needs.
• Ability to work inside client environments and collaborate with engineering and IT.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sale technical partnership with the sales organization.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations for the client’s actual use cases.
• Scope proofs of concept and define success criteria and evaluation plans.
• Deliver engagements inside client environments, moving from demos to running solutions.
• Create reusable IP: demo environments, playbooks, and enablement materials.
