Job summary

Norstella is hiring a Director/Senior Director of Technical Product Management to lead strategy and execution for our data platform and AI-powered product suite. You will collaborate with engineers and enterprise customers to shape architecture, data delivery, and go-to-market approaches.

The role requires deep experience with data platforms, AI-native products, and cross-functional leadership to drive revenue growth and customer value across global life sciences ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of product management experience in data platforms, health/life sciences, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building and commercializing AI-native products from concept to revenue.
• Deep familiarity with life sciences data assets including claims, EMR/EHR notes, payer data, and provider/patient datasets.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss API design, data schemas, LLM pipelines, and agent frameworks with engineers.
• Experience owning data delivery products – APIs, data feeds, MCP servers, AI agents, or similar surfaces.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct structured customer discovery across technical and business stakeholders.
• Revenue orientation with product decisions tied to ARR, expansion, and churn metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor messaging from data engineer to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for the data platform and AI-native products.
• Lead AI-enabled delivery including agentic workflows, LLM-powered insights, and data pipelines.
• Drive go-to-market strategy for AI-native products built on life sciences data assets.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and architecture to ensure scalability and quality.
• Partner with sales and customer success to drive pipeline growth and renewals.
• Define and track KPIs tied to revenue growth, adoption, and retention.
• Mentor and lead a team of product managers; engage with executives regularly.
• Coordinate with data ops, legal/compliance, marketing, and tech to ship on schedule.
