Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge technology and client challenges, partnering with account executives across research, development, and commercial cycles. You will lead discovery, solutioning and demonstrations, understanding how data integrates into a client’s environment.

Role spans demos, integration, and bespoke co-development programs with strategic clients, evolving from advisory work to running a live solution against client data, while shaping statements of work with

Qualifications

• Domain knowledge of pharma and life sciences (clinical trials, pipeline), and forecasting.
• Strong discovery instincts to uncover client needs and constraints.
• Outstanding communication: present to technical and business stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving products/market.
• Experience delivering work inside client environments (embedded/consulting) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sale technical partnership: understand client challenges and map to Norstella capabilities.
• Design and deliver compelling demonstrations tailored to client use cases.
