Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Solutions Engineer for Idira to demonstrate the value of identity security solutions to Enterprise customers across hybrid cloud environments. You will guide clients through demos, POCs, and evaluations, working closely with the sales team as the primary technical resource and advocate.

You’ll bring 3–5 years in pre-sales, strong AWS/Azure/GCP experience, and a proven ability to communicate complex concepts to business and technical stakeholders while aligning

Qualifications

• MIS, CS degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in pre-sales, identity or security.
• Hands-on admin for AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP.
• SSO/MFA/RBAC/JIT-ZSP concepts understood.
• Familiar with Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
• Exposure to endpoint management and least privilege tools.
• UNIX/Linux, database security, scripting and DevOps practices.
• Idira experience preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CEH, Security+ or cloud security certs.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical pre-sales support on Idira’s Identity Security solutions, delivering guidance and business-value demos.
• Develop new and existing technical relationships within prospective accounts, partners, and current customers.
• Lead POC evaluations to showcase Idira’s security solutions to Enterprise customers and prospects.
• Support RFP/RFI responses to meet enterprise requirements.
• Foster long-term relationships with technical teams and executives.
• Enable Idira’s partner network to communicate the value of Idira.
• Represent Idira through public speaking, webinars, or trade shows.
• Serve as customer advocate, relaying key requirements to internal teams.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to internal projects as appropriate.
• Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams.
