Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or solutions engineering role in cybersecurity/DevOps tooling.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of cryptographic security technologies (SSL/TLS, SSH, PKI, HSMs).
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, or autonomous AI workflows to optimize automation.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
• Scripting in PowerShell or Bash; REST APIs experience.
• Curiosity about DevOps trends and AI orchestration.
• Familiarity with IAM, PAM, or secrets management; Zero Trust concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations to showcase Idira technology.
• Conduct POC evaluations and articulate Idira’s value to win technical deals.
• Serve as a technical advisor for machine identity security during sales cycles.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to communicate value to technical and business stakeholders.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to map customer environments and goals.
• Translate requirements into solution architectures and deployment plans; influence product direction.
• Stay current on DevOps tools, CI/CD, Agentic AI frameworks, and best practices.
• Support marketing to generate pipeline and leads; deliver workshops and trainings.
• Travel as needed for on-site workshops and conferences.
