Job summary

Belvo is actively seeking a customer-focused expert to support onboarding, pre-sales, and ongoing success for enterprise customers. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into product improvements and clear technical documentation.

You will engage with clients at various lifecycle stages, harness APIs knowledge, and drive value from Belvo’s fintech platform while communicating clearly in English and collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of onboarding, pre-sales or similar roles.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Deeper knowledge of APIs and documentation.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields.
• Empathetic and skilled at professional conversations and outcomes.
• Motivated to grow knowledge of finance, fintech, and Latin America.
• Data-driven and analytical, with problem-solving focus.
• Able to manage multiple customers under tight deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong writing skills and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support Belvo customers at different lifecycle stages (pre-sales, integration, launch, post-launch).
• Develop deep knowledge of Belvo product and platform for enterprise accounts.
• Partner with customers to maximize value from Belvo solutions.
• Analyze customer data and issues to ensure maximum onboarding benefit.
• Create tailored technical documentation describing solutions and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize customer feedback and roadmap.
