Fin is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer who speaks Portuguese and Spanish to join our Customer Solutions Team in a hybrid role across NYC/San Francisco. You will lead pre-sales, discoveries, and tailor PoCs, collaborating with Product, R&D, and Engineering to ensure customer value throughout the sales cycle.

Ideal candidate has 4+ years in technical sales, strong communication, and ability to translate complex business challenges into Fin solutions; travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical sales role handling C-level relationships.
• Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to run technical discovery and deliver value-focused sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to identify customer needs.
• Deliver pre-sales experiences articulating Fin's value.
• Conduct solution reviews and deep technical sessions.
• Design and lead tailored POCs showcasing capabilities.
• Handle RFPs and security questions with standard materials.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to capture customer feedback.
