Flex is building the AI-native private bank for business owners. We seek a trusted advisor to support high-net-worth members across banking, credit, and payments.

You will handle complex fintech scenarios with precision, coordinating with engineering, risk, and compliance teams to resolve issues. You should be fluent in English, have 2+ years in fintech or financial services, and be available for nights or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English at professional level.
• 2+ years in fintech or financial services customer support.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Experience with banking/fintech platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex customer issues across banking, credit, and payments via email, chat, and phone with precision and clarity.
• Guide VIP and high-revenue accounts through multi-step processes with excellence.
• Coordinate with engineering, underwriting, risk, and compliance teams to resolve issues.
• File detailed bug reports and test new features in staging environments.
• Create and update documentation to close process gaps.
