BELAY is seeking a Client Success Consultant (CSC) - Financial Solutions to strengthen client relationships and drive revenue growth. You will manage onboarding, pair contractors with clients, and act as a trusted advisor across engagements in a remote-capable role.

The role emphasizes financial expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive account management to extend engagement longevity and maximize client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of client relationship management or account management experience.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships, effective communication, and virtual engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and pair contractors with clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and contractors, including guidance on financial practices.
• Oversee a roster of clients with focus on retention, growth, and engagement duration.
• Collaborate on contract updates, renewals, and terminations as needed.
• Address and resolve client or contractor concerns and provide timely solutions.
• Deliver timely, professional communication and constructive feedback to contractors.
