Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Senior Integrations & Implementation Specialist to scale critical client onboarding and API integrations for fintech platforms. This remote-friendly role collaborates with leadership, engineering, clients, and vendors to design scalable onboarding and integration processes across ERP systems, banking platforms, and data environments.

You will own end-to-end implementations, balance technical and client conversations, and help shape how integrations operate as the company grows

Qualifications

6+ years in integrations, implementations, and related client-facing tech roles.
Experience with APIs, ERP systems, banking integrations, and file-based data flows.
Strong project management, solutions architecture, and technical account management.
Ability to own projects end-to-end in fast-paced environments.
Startup or high-growth experience with strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Own integrations from kickoff through production deployment.
Serve as primary contact between clients, engineering, ERP providers, banks, and vendors.
Coordinate multiple implementations while staying organized.
Collaborate with engineering to scope integrations and track progress.
Read API docs and integration requirements.
Create scalable onboarding workflows and playbooks.
Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements.
Manage JIRA tickets and end-to-end workflows.
Standardize integrations for plug-and-play onboarding.
Balance strategic process building with hands-on ownership.
