Job summary

ShipBob is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our Revenue team, delivering tailored technical solutions that meet mid-market merchant objectives. You will partner with Sales, Implementation, and Success to translate requirements into scalable outcomes.

You’ll lead discovery, align on a technical roadmap, and drive cross-functional execution while staying ahead of industry trends and the evolving ShipBob product suite. Remote in the US states listed.

Qualifications

5–7 years of hands-on experience supporting merchants in SaaS/e-commerce environments.
Ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
Comfort navigating APIs, SQL, and scripting languages with business outcomes in mind.

Responsibilities

Architect Merchant Success: tailor solutions aligned with merchant goals and technical needs.
Deliver Sales Excellence: support demos, RFPs, vendor assessments, and evaluations with actionable insights.
Own Technical Discovery: explore merchants’ environments to uncover opportunities and challenges.
Drive Strategic Rollouts: define a technical vision and roadmap for timely, on-budget launches.
Lead Cross-Functional Execution: collaborate with Implementation to ensure delivery and momentum.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: maintain expertise in industry trends and ShipBob offerings.
Champion Product Innovation: align with product roadmap and provide customer feedback.
