Job summary

ShipBob is hiring a Merchant Success Manager to join our Merchant Success team. You will build strong merchant partnerships, conduct proactive health checks, and deliver tangible value to drive growth across the merchant base.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, promote ShipBob features, monitor KPIs, and ensure high merchant retention from a remote work setup across the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and merchant services in the technology industry.
• Keen perceptive intelligence in assessing merchant needs and driving solutions to meet those needs.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through oral, written, and in-person mediums.
• Experience collaborating cross-departmentally to deliver comprehensive solutions for merchants.
• PowerPoint and Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Consult merchant needs and goals, uncovering what success means for each account.
• Develop action plans with ShipBob deliverables and merchant recommendations.
• Promote adoption of ShipBob features to align with merchant objectives.
• Monitor merchant health and take corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and other teams to improve merchant experience and influence roadmap.
• Track KPIs: NPS, churn, and upsell to drive growth.
• Perform additional duties as necessary.
