Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. is seeking a Merchant Success Manager to join our growing Merchant Success team. You will build strong partnerships with merchants, develop actionable plans, and drive adoption of ShipBob features to grow merchant success across our platform.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, monitor merchant health, and help shape product/service roadmaps. The role targets a high-performance culture with a focus on retention, growth, and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales and merchant services within tech.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas.
• Strong communication across oral, written and in-person forms.
• Experience collaborating cross-departmentally to deliver merchant solutions.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Understand merchant needs and goals and continually reassess success criteria.
• Develop action plans with ShipBob deliverables and recommendations.
• Promote ShipBob features to drive adoption and merchant outcomes.
• Monitor merchant health and take timely corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and product teams to improve merchant experience.
• Drive KPIs, NPS, churn reduction and upsell opportunities.
