Job summary
Placer.ai is seeking a Solutions Engineer for our remote US team. The role blends analytics storytelling with hands-on data analysis to demonstrate Placer’s value to enterprise customers, translate complex data into compelling ROI narratives, and support strategic accounts through demos and POCs.
You will collaborate with Sales on account planning, ensure data accuracy, and help customers achieve measurable wins post-sale.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required.
- 3+ years in a sales-support or solutions-engineer role.
- 3+ years SaaS experience.
- 2+ years in data analytics using BI tools.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Data analytics skills with at least one of R, Python, SQL, Tableau or Data Studio.
Responsibilities
- Lead Technical Validation: bespoke demos, POCs, data trials for strategic accounts.
- Translate Value: ROI-focused narratives for exec and tech stakeholders.
- Partner on Strategy: collaborate with Sales on account planning and strategy.
- Prove Utility: validate data accuracy against customer environments.
- Drive Enablement: empower customers to showcase their wins post-sale.
- Drive growth and innovation: suggest features for the product roadmap.
