Job summary

Scribe is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to lead the technical frontier for our Workflow AI capabilities and Scribe Optimize. You will partner with Account Executives and Customer Success to win Strategic Enterprise deals, design and lead POCs, and translate business needs into concrete AI-enabled solutions.

Based remotely in the US, you will craft ROI narratives, validate security and technical requirements, and build repeatable assets that accelerate future deals with large enterprises.

Qualifications

• Has 8+ years in pre-sales SaaS roles such as Solutions Engineering.
• Experience with complex named Strategic Accounts.
• Strong AI fluency: LLMs, architecture, prompt design, and AI output quality.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical context for AI teams.
• Deep understanding of enterprise workflows and processes with Salesforce/ServiceNow/SAP.
• Proven track record building ROI narratives and business cases.
• Collaborative, low-ego, team-oriented and capable of working with AEs and CSMs.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical layer of largest deals with AEs, running tailored Optimize demos and POC planning.
• Build ROI narratives grounded in prospect workflow data.
• Drive technical validation and security workstreams.
• Establish credibility with technical stakeholders and remove roadblocks.
• Collaborate with Product to feed customer feedback.
• Create repeatable pre-sales assets and playbooks.
• Serve as technical reference for GTM team.
