Job summary

Nash is seeking a Solutions Consultant to guide enterprise prospects from discovery through integration, pilot delivery, and production go-live. You’ll build solutions against customer systems, develop ROI cases, and use Claude to support sandbox work and simulations.

In this remote role, you’ll own the technical handoff after close, map the customer stack, and create reusable templates for future engagements.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of customer-facing experience in a solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical program/launch management role.
• Hands-on with AI tools yourself: you've used Claude to actually build something.
• Comfort running structured discovery sessions with multiple stakeholders to uncover real use cases.
• Ability to script, stand up a sandbox or integration, and diagram how OMS/WMS/TMS/POS talk to outside systems.
• Experience building ROI models in a customer's own numbers and operating at enterprise scale.
• Ownership of delivery through implementation and go-live, not just the deal.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery workshops and build customer-specific value cases and ROI models.
• Configure sandboxes, scope integrations, and deliver demos and pilots for customer use cases.
• Own technical implementation through go-live and create reusable solutions for future engagements.
• Design and deliver demos and POCs/trials mapped to real use cases, up to decision.
• Run simulations and optimizations in Claude, extrapolate business value, and project-manage the pilot end-to-end.
• Own the technical handoff into production: implementation and integrations after close, through go-live.
