Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on TCP/IP networking experience.
• 1+ year of firewall, switches, WiFi, endpoint security.
• Multitasking and eager to learn new skills.
• Excellent communication within teams and with customers.
• Maintain 6+ vendor product certifications.
• Team player essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support with demos and designs.
• Develop product updates and trainings with partners.
• Conduct discovery and scoping for Professional Services.
• Provide technical expertise to the team.
• Manage vendor POC lifecycle.
• Handle other technical duties as needed.
