Job summary

SonicWall is seeking a highly motivated Solution Engineer to join our team. This field-based role supports sales and channel activities, with about 70% remote or regional office time and up to 30% travel.

You will work with customers, partners, and internal teams to design and demonstrate cybersecurity solutions addressing complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will balance strong technical acumen with business insight, lead technical engagements, deliver demos and POCs, and help drive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience, or Master's with 3+ years, or Ph.D. with 1+ year of related experience.
CISSP certification is required.
Experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Support, Professional Services, or Solution Engineering within cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales to drive technical engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
Support channel partners with solution positioning, deployment, and technical support.
Deliver product demonstrations, POCs, technical presentations, and whiteboard sessions.
Provide technical consultation and solution recommendations aligned with customer objectives.
Collaborate with Product Management, Support, Marketing, and Solution Engineering teams.
Participate in regional reporting activities and contribute to technical sales initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Drive revenue growth through application of technical expertise and sales acumen.
