Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Pre‑Sales Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer to design and present cybersecurity solutions that align with customer goals across enterprise, hybrid, and cloud environments.

This remote role may require occasional office reporting in Austin, TX as needed. The ideal candidate blends deep technical security expertise with the ability to translate complex concepts into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with security frameworks (NIST, CIS, HITRUST).
• Strong identity governance and CNAPP/CWPP/CIEM/CDR knowledge.
• Ability to articulate complex security concepts to sales and execs.
• Expertise with Wiz, Orca, Palo Alto, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer goals and security needs.
• Assess architectures, identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design secure, scalable CNAPP-based architectures across cloud environments.
• Present proposals and participate in product demonstrations and POCs.
• Collaborate with partners to validate proposed solutions.
• Provide security-focused enablement to sales teams and ensure smooth handoff post‑opportunity.
