Job summary

BigID is seeking a Services Delivery Engineer to translate customer requirements into working solutions and troubleshoot deployment root causes. You will engage with engineering and product teams to improve future rollouts and ensure customer success.

The role targets the EST time zone with remote-first flexibility. Expect to drive hands-on deployments, trainings, and cross-functional collaboration across client environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role in enterprise environments.
• Troubleshooting across Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, DevOps, Big Data/Analytics, Security, and App Development.
• End-to-end solution deployment experience from requirements to rollout.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes deployments.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and REST APIs.
• Programming or scripting in Java or Python.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with client stakeholders to understand technical requirements and align them to business objectives.
• Plan and lead implementation engagements — deploying solution components and configuring the product to meet each client environment.
• Collaborate across internal teams and client organizations to ensure smooth rollout and successful integration of BigID solutions.
• Deliver technical training tailored to the audience, from hands-on admins to executive stakeholders.
• Identify root causes of deployment issues and drive them to resolution.
• Document field issues, enhancement requests, and opportunities to improve the implementation process with Engineering and Product Management.
