Job summary

BigID is seeking a Services Delivery Engineer in the EST time zone to lead deployment engagements, translate customer requirements into working solutions, and troubleshoot challenges from root cause to resolution. You will work with Engineering and Product to improve rollout quality and ensure customer success.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, cross-team collaboration, and delivering tailored technical training to admins and executives. Remote-friendly with global teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role, ideally in product implementation or hands-on deployment within enterprise environments.
• Solid troubleshooting and operational knowledge across Compute, Storage, Networking, DBs, DevOps, Big Data/Analytics, Security, and App Development.
• Proven experience across the full solution lifecycle: problem identification, architecture, design, testing, deployment, and training.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders to understand requirements and align to business objectives.
• Plan and lead implementation engagements, deploying components and configuring the product for each client environment.
• Collaborate across internal and client teams to ensure smooth rollout and successful integration.
• Deliver technical training tailored to admins and executives.
• Identify root causes of deployment issues and drive resolution.
• Document field issues and enhancement requests with Engineering and Product.
