Job summary

BigID is seeking a Services Delivery Engineer in the EST time zone to own the setup, integration, and deployment of BigID’s discovery tools for customers and partners. You will translate customer requirements into working solutions, troubleshoot deployment issues at their root cause, and partner with Engineering and Product to improve future rollouts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role within enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes deployments.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with client stakeholders to understand technical requirements and align them to business objectives.
• Plan and lead implementation engagements — deploying solution components and configuring the product to meet each client’s specific environment.
• Collaborate across internal teams and client organizations to ensure smooth rollout and successful integration of BigID solutions.
• Deliver technical training tailored to the audience, from hands-on admins to executive stakeholders.
• Identify root causes of deployment issues and drive them to resolution.
• Work closely with Engineering and Product Management to document field issues and enhancement requests.
