Job summary

BigID is hiring a Services Delivery Engineer in the EST time zone to drive the setup, integration, and deployment of BigID's discovery tools for customers and partners. You will translate customer requirements into working solutions, troubleshoot deployment issues at root cause, and collaborate with Engineering and Product to improve future rollouts.

This role offers a remote-first environment and opportunities to work with a global team.

Qualifications

3+ years in a customer-facing technical role in enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes deployments.
Experience with REST APIs and at least one major database (e.g., MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Proficiency in Java or Python for scripting or tooling.
Experience with one or more cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

Partner directly with client stakeholders to understand technical requirements and align them to business objectives.
Plan and lead implementation engagements — deploying solution components and configuring the product to meet each client's environment.
Collaborate across internal teams and client organizations to ensure smooth rollout and integration of BigID solutions.
Deliver technical training tailored to the audience from hands-on admins to executives.
Identify root causes of deployment issues and drive them to resolution.
Document field issues and enhancement requests for product and process improvements.
