Job summary

Paylocity, a cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, is seeking a Solutions Consultant II to join its Sales & Marketing team. This fully remote role supports clients across the United States, delivering tailored demonstrations and discovery calls to align Paylocity solutions with customer needs.

As a self-motivated, collaborative professional, you will analyze client challenges, present HR and payroll strategies, and partner with Account Executives to respond to RFIs/RFPs.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years relevant industry experience in a similar role.
• Strong presentation skills over phone and occasionally in person.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Organized and analytical with creative problem-solving.
• Experience and familiarity with Paylocity products welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Paylocity's products and services.
• Understand prospects requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Present HR and payroll strategies to help increase sales performance.
• Partner with Account Executives to conduct an in-depth discovery call.
• Conduct product demonstrations and tie back findings from the analysis call.
• Keep up to date on HR and Payroll trends.
