Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Consultant to align how we best serve customers in understanding their environments, guiding security transformations, and realizing value from investments with Palo Alto Networks.

You will provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the customer journey. This remote, field-based role requires strong presentation skills, collaborative leadership, and the ability to drive technical validation and adoption across PANW and partner services;

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering.
• Experience in Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint or SASE.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence business initiatives.
• Influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders; prior pre-sales experience ideal.
• Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or validation engagements.
• Experience selling, designing, implementing, or managing Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation.
• Partnering with Customer Support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of sold solutions.
• Experience in complex sales with long cycles and multiple buying centers.
• This is a field sales position; travel may be required; discuss with the recruiter.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive strategic, technical account plans for cross-platform solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and position high-level designs across PANW portfolio.
• Drive customer adoption of Palo Alto Networks Platform to increase productivity and security.
• Conduct discovery to capture key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success and Specialists for implementation.
• Lead technical validation efforts to secure technical wins in opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to present a cohesive, one-team approach.
• Promote end-to-end solutions including PANW and partner services for faster value realization.
