Qualifications

• 3+ years technical pre-sales experience required
• Experience selling, implementing, or managing SaaS offerings preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals
• Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders
• Experience delivering standardized technical presentations/workshops/validation engagements
• Experience in complex sales with long cycles and multi-product solutions
• Foundational knowledge in Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint, SASE, or AI Security
• Experience assisting a customer support-like function to ensure successful implementation and adoption
• Driven by technical curiosity to self-develop skills across domains

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales quotas by building strategic, technical account plans
• Conduct foundational discovery to understand customers' priorities
• Identify technical stakeholders and build relationships to drive security architecture transformation
• Position and design high-level solutions across Palo Alto Networks portfolio
• Lead technical validation efforts to secure a technical win
• Promote focused Palo Alto Networks solutions and coordinate with services to ensure adoption
• Provide technical ownership and guidance across accounts for deployment readiness and health
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, Specialists, Channel partners and Support teams
• Demonstrate strong communication to guide customer decisions through workshops and product briefings
• Maintain knowledge of competitors while highlighting Palo Alto Networks value
• Engage with Solutions Consultant community and internal knowledge sharing
