Job summary

Jellyvision, a leader in intelligent benefits home platforms, is seeking a Solutions Consultant. You will become the trusted advisor for the ALEX Home suite, mastering product, demos, architecture, security and the sales process to accelerate deals.

You will partner with Account Executives on complex opportunities, design tailored solutions, and demonstrate value to C-level stakeholders while collaborating with Marketing and Product to voice market needs. Remote-friendly, travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools strongly preferred.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to absorb product and system details quickly and translate them for customers.
• History of collaborating across sales, marketing, legal, security and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities, and lead the solution side of complex and strategic deals.
• Model best-in-class discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs.
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support and help cross-train teammates.
• Answer solution information requests, design tailored solutions and deliver in-depth demos.
• Explain our integration capabilities, including APIs, file feeds and SSO, and how they fit each customer's architecture.
• Speak about security and data-privacy topics in live conversations.
• Field questions and objections in real time and show competitive differentiators.
• Work with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs and security questionnaires; provide input on plan design analysis.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate, deal velocity and solution quality.
