Job summary

Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to be the trusted advisor for the ALEX Home suite. You will master our product, run demos, assess security and architecture, and align solutions with customer needs while supporting the sales process.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing and Product to capture the voice of the market, shape strategies, and train teammates. This remote role may travel up to 25% and offers a commission-eligible compensation plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, benefits HR tech.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to translate product details for customers and create collateral.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for prospects, brokers and clients.
• Explain integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds, SSO) and how they fit customer architecture.
• Respond to RFPs; support plan analysis with Deal Desk for product fit.
• Contribute to team revenue goals via win rate, deal velocity and solution quality.
