Job summary

Jellyvision seeks a Solutions Consultant to be the trusted product expert for the ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal teams. You’ll master our architecture, security, and demo environment, helping buyers and brokers understand how our benefits platform fits their needs.

You’ll lead complex demos, tailor solutions, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to win deals while aligning with our growth strategy. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, benefits consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools strongly preferred.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to absorb product and system details quickly and translate them for customers.
• Ability to create customer-facing collateral that addresses product and system concerns in plain language.
• History of collaborating across sales, marketing, legal, security and technology teams.
• Experience in a high-growth environment with new product launches.
• Strong communication skills: you present complex ideas clearly and empathetically.
• Up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Sales execution: partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs and become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support.
• Answer solution information requests, design tailored solutions and deliver in-depth demos.
• Explain integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds, SSO) and how they fit customer architectures.
• Speak to security and data-privacy topics in live conversations.
• Support RFPs and security questionnaires with input on plan design analysis.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate, deal velocity and solution quality.
