Job summary

Jellyvision is redefining how organizations manage benefits with ALEX Home. As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll be the product expert for the suite, supporting sales, marketing and product with tailored demonstrations and secure, scalable solutions.

You’ll work with brokers, partners and direct buyers, driving solution design, discovery and compelling demonstrations. Expect collaboration across teams, strong customer focus, and travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solution consulting or implementation in benefits/HR tech.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around buyer needs and cross-train teammates.
