Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to be a trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal teams. You’ll master our products, run compelling demos, and design solutions tailored to each buyer’s needs while supporting the sales process.

You’ll partner with Account Executives, articulate security and data privacy considerations, and collaborate with Marketing and Product to reflect the voice of the market in our platform.

Formación

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools strongly preferred
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem
• Ability to absorb product and system details quickly and translate them for customers
• Ability to create customer-facing collateral that addresses product and system concerns in plain language
• History of collaborating across sales, marketing, legal, security and technology teams
• Experience in a high-growth environment with new product launches
• Strong communication skills: you present complex ideas honestly and empathetically
• Up to 25% travel

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals
• Model best-in-class discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support and cross-train teammates
• Answer solution information requests, design tailored solutions and deliver in-depth demos
• Explain integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds, SSO) and how they fit each customer's architecture
• Discuss security and data-privacy topics in live conversations
• Field questions and objections in real time and compare against competitors
• Provide input on RFPs and support plan design analysis with the Deal Desk
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate, deal velocity and solution quality
• Support training with Marketing Enablement to create advanced solution collateral
