Jellyvision, a leader in benefits experience, seeks a Solutions Consultant to own the full ALEX Home suite. You will master the product, deliver high-quality demos, discuss security and implementation requirements, and tailor solutions for prospects, brokers and clients.

Formación

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, benefits consulting or HR tech
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools
• Understanding of broker and carrier ecosystem
• Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly language
• History of cross-team collaboration across sales, marketing, legal, security and technology
• Experience in a high-growth environment with new product launches
• Strong communication skills: clarity, impact, empathy
• Up to 25% travel

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead the solution side of complex deals
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients
• Shape proposed solutions around each buyer’s needs
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support and cross-train teammates
• Deliver in-depth demos and answer solution information requests
• Explain integration capabilities, APIs, file feeds and SSO and how they fit customer architectures
• Discuss security and data-privacy in live conversations
• Field questions and objections and differentiate Jellyvision’s approach
• Collaborate with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs and plan analysis
• Support revenue goals through win rate, deal velocity and solution quality
• Partner with Sales Enablement to create advanced solution collateral and talk tracks
• Represent the voice of the market with Marketing and Product
• Provide input on sales strategy and future product planning
• Identify pilots and new product fit from customers’ systems and security landscapes
