BigHand is seeking a Solutions Consultant to drive sales productivity across regions by delivering tailored product demonstrations and strategic insights. You will align Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, Delivery and Customer Services to optimize buyer journeys and define ROI that aligns with customer goals.

As a primary liaison between technical and sales teams, you will translate complex information into actionable value, support RFI/RFP processes, and ensure continuity post-sale.

Formación

• Experience delivering customized software demonstrations.

• Ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Analytical ability to assess customer requirements and deliver solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver product demonstrations for assigned BigHand products.
• Assist in guiding customers through the buying process, defining ROI and business benefits.
• Empower sales and marketing with critical information to nurture customers.
• Launch new products to the sales team and position them effectively.
• Assist with content updates across channels and ensure Salesforce attribution.
