BigHand Limited is seeking a Solutions Consultant to boost sales productivity and growth in designated regions by delivering tailored demonstrations and strategic insights. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, Delivery and Customer Services to align objectives and optimize customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes ROI definition, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate technical details into practical business value through product demonstrations and targeted selling

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customized software demonstrations to meet customer requirements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with a professional customer-focused approach.
• Ability to articulate product features and benefits to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills for engaging small groups in-person or via web meetings.
• Proven track record in understanding client needs and delivering value.

Responsabilités

• Deliver product demonstrations for assigned BigHand products and guide customers through the buying process.
• Assist in defining ROI, business benefits, and impact of BigHand solutions for customers.
• Provide sales and marketing with essential information to nurture customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, Delivery and Customer Services to ensure alignment.
• Translate complex technical details into actionable insights for the sales team.
