BigHand is seeking a Solutions Consultant to drive sales productivity and growth across designated regions. You will deliver tailored software demonstrations, articulate ROI, and align with Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, Delivery, and Customer Services to ensure customer success.

You will partner with the sales team to develop opportunity plans, provide competitive content, and facilitate a smooth handover to delivery post-sale.

Formación

• Experience delivering customized software demonstrations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to articulate features to diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver product demonstrations for BigHand products.
• Define ROI, business benefits, and the impact of BigHand's solutions.
• Capture customer needs and empower sales/marketing with insights.
• Support bid responses (RFI/RFP) and ensure timely submissions.
• Collaborate with marketing to create and maintain high-quality sales content.
• Translate complex technical details into actionable insights for the sales team.
