Job summary

vitru is seeking a Solution Consultant to support the Sales and Marketing teams in growing sales across regions by helping companies understand and evaluate the technical capabilities of our products, leading evaluation cycles to gain product fit consensus and conducting live demos to prospective customers.

In this role you will deliver customized demonstrations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to RFI/RFP responses, and ensure accounts remain healthy and referenceable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pre-sales or enterprise software consulting.
• Experience presenting complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized product demonstrations and solution design for qualified sales opportunities and initial leads.
• Nurture and support existing customers to ensure accounts are referenceable.
• Design, validate and document technical solutions for prospective customers.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams to meet prospects' business challenges.
