Frontline Education Group is seeking a Technical Solution Architect to own and govern the demo and evaluation environments, ensuring customer-facing readiness across data flows and integrations. You will convene Product, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Engineering to set shared standards and enable scalable, repeatable demonstrations.

The role emphasizes cross-functional influence, process design, and maintaining a repository of video resources for rapid customer engagement.

Formación

• 5+ years in solution architecture or related roles managing complex SaaS environments.
• Experience owning or administering demo, sandbox, or evaluation environments for enterprise software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive standards without direct authority.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data flows with customer-facing focus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and govern the demo/evaluation environments end-to-end, including governance and readiness.
• Lead the cross-functional Solution Environment Evaluation Governance Council and establish ownership and standards.
• Manage the video recording environment for quick prospect-facing videos by sales reps.
• Define policies for environment usage, access, lifecycle, and legacy environment ownership.
• Produce and maintain environment documentation, use-case library, and training materials for Sales and Solution Architecture.
• Collaborate with Engineering on platform enhancements and backlog prioritization.
• Identify and reduce manual effort in high-maintenance environments.
• Provide technical expertise on APIs and integrations to customers as an overlay to Solution Architects.
