Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to be the trusted advisor for the ALEX Home suite. You’ll master our products, demos, security, and integration requirements, translating customer needs into tailored solutions. You’ll partner with Account Executives to win complex deals and contribute to marketing and product feedback. This remote role offers a competitive compensation package and commission eligibility, with travel up to 25%.

Formación

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, benefits consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools strongly preferred.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to absorb product and system details quickly and translate them for customers.
• Ability to create customer-facing collateral that addresses product and system concerns in plain language.
• History of collaborating closely across sales, marketing, legal, security and technology teams.
• Experience in a high-growth environment with new product launches.
• Up to 25% travel.

Responsabilidades

• Sales execution and solution design: partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities, and lead the solution side of complex deals.
• Model best-in-class discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs.
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support, and help cross-train teammates.
• Answer solution information requests, design tailored solutions and deliver in-depth demos.
• Explain our integration capabilities, including APIs, file feeds and single sign-on (SSO).
• Speak confidently to security and data-privacy topics in live conversations.
• Field questions and objections in real time, and show where our approach stands out against competitors.
• Partner with the Proposal & Deal Desk team for RFPs and plan analysis.
