Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is remote and aligned with US working hours (5:30 PM–2:30 AM IST), supporting customers across Bangalore/Mumbai/Gurgaon and related time zones.

You will translate business goals into technical solutions, deliver tailored demos, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Solution Architects to advance opportunities from discovery to deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar
• Understanding of software, APIs, cloud technologies, data, and enterprise environments.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-solving in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand business objectives, challenges, technical requirements, and use cases.
• Translate customer needs into clear technical solution recommendations and deployment approaches.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to qualify use cases and assess solution fit.
• Design and deliver customized product demonstrations, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.
• Clearly articulate the technical and business value of proposed solutions to technical and executive audiences.
• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to support technical qualification and deal progression.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations early in the sales process.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineering teams to validate solution feasibility and deployment requirements.
• Capture customer feedback and insights to influence product strategy and future capabilities.
• Support customers through technical evaluation and transition successful opportunities to implementation teams.
