Job summary

Suralink Inc. is seeking a Solutions Consultant to lead high-impact demos and pilots for enterprise clients, translating audit/workflow needs into compelling demos and pilots. You’ll collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to shape demos, create demo environments, and drive adoption of new AI-enabled audit workflows.

Reporting to the CRO, you will own demo strategy, design structured pilots, and help close strategic deals with leadership involvement across the GTM teams.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent audit/accounting background with ~3–7 years in public accounting.
• 2–5 years as a Solutions Consultant in B2B SaaS, ideally in accounting/finance tech.
• Demonstrated success supporting enterprise or strategic deals with multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Experience participating in Emerging Technology / Digital Transformation committees or similar bodies.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead high-impact demos and pilots for enterprise and strategic firms.
• Partner with AEs to design and deliver compelling demos and pilots focused on new products and AI-enabled workflows.
• Own demo strategy and environments, standardize flows, and tailor by persona and segment.
• Architect and run structured pilots/POCs with clear entry criteria and success metrics.
• Translate firm workflows into guidance for product messaging, enablement, and content.
• Drive win rates on pilots and ensure pilots act as decision engines.
