Job summary
Smartsheet is seeking a Solutions Consultant in Professional Services Delivery to act as a strategic partner for customers, helping them rethink business processes through automation and AI-native solutions.
You will lead multiple projects from discovery through implementation, balancing technical execution with a consultative mindset to deliver measurable digital transformation and ongoing value. Remote-eligible from the Eastern US region.
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of management or technology consulting experience.
- Hands-on experience configuring and implementing leading-edge SaaS applications.
- Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments with evolving customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% based on customer and business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead concurrent projects from discovery to delivery.
- Advise customers and cross-functional peers on best practices to drive value.
- Design and deploy AI-native functionalities and automation-enabled solutions.
- Prototype and iterate solutions with frequent customer feedback.
- Coordinate testing and user acceptance with stakeholders.
