Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive quality and customer satisfaction in Professional Services by leading conversations and building Smartsheet-based solutions with APIs and AI capabilities. You will convert business requirements into scalable Smartsheet architectures and deliver end-to-end projects across industries.

The role is remote eligible and can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3 years relevant work experience or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education.
• Working experience with two or more of our primary languages (.Net, NodeJS, Python, Java, Ruby).
• Full-stack development skills and ability to design, build, and ship production-quality applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, test and deploy custom software solutions leveraging Smartsheet APIs.
• Design and build AI-powered workflows and automations using LLMs and AI agents.
• Lead technical consulting engagements and validate solution architecture.
