Smartsheet is seeking a Solutions Consultant in Professional Services Delivery to act as a strategic partner for our customers, helping them rethink their business processes by designing and deploying AI-native capabilities.

You will lead multiple concurrent projects, balancing technical execution with a consultative mindset, and you may work remotely from the Eastern region in the US. This role reports to the Manager, Consulting and requires 4–5 years of consulting experience.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management or technology consulting experience.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
• Hands-on experience configuring and implementing web-based SaaS applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert in the room: advise on best practices to drive measurable value.
• Design and implement strategic solutions leveraging Smartsheet capabilities.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand business challenges.
• Develop solutions through prototyping and iterative sprints.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify expansion opportunities.
