Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years in software development for scalable, available applications.
• 1+ years of full-stack experience with Java, Kotlin, Python or TypeScript.
• 1+ years of experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Experience developing, documenting, and supporting REST APIs.
• 6+ months using AI to improve productivity in SaaS features.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable front-end and back-end services (Kotlin, Java, TypeScript, React).
• Address distributed systems problems and work with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes).
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions with engineers and product managers.
• Collaborate with product management across the business.
• Enhance code with new features and balance build vs refactor decisions.
• Leverage AI tools to improve team efficiency and coach others.
