Responsibilities

• Architect the Advisory Team: Interview, hire, and develop consultants with the requisite skills for the Advisory Era—prioritizing strategic work, stakeholder alignment, AI competencies, and an adoption-focused mindset.
• Coach for Resilience: Foster an environment of daily experimentation, encouraging your team to test AI solutions, share insights, and adapt to evolving delivery approaches while staying focused on customer value.
• Drive Go-To-Market (GTM) Excellence: Proactively partner with Sales and other GTM leaders to drive regional services bookings, proactively training partners to sell your team's expert offerings and supporting strategic account expansion.
• Voice of the Customer: Engage directly with customers to understand evolving needs, using insights to suggest future service offerings and train the team to deliver against them; maintain a billable target for strategic project involvement and handle escalations.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Assume full accountability for fiscal health, ensure targets (KPIs) are met, and maintain data accuracy in PSA tools with visibility for each team member.
