Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to customers and unlock Smartsheet value.
• Develop AI Adoption Roadmaps and CS Plans
• Build and sustain executive-level relationships (VP/C-suite)
• Partner with Sales to drive renewals, expansion and value realization
• Use data to drive adoption, mitigate risk, and inform strategy
• Lead multi-threaded stakeholder maps and strategic account plans
• Provide customer insights to Product, Marketing, and Sales teams
